“Mason saved the day, efficiently, quickly and neatly. Our front door lock seized on a Monday morning. Mason was very responsive; he was able to come out on the day and by 2pm we had a front door that could open again and a new lock. He kept me informed on how much the cost would be and when he would be with us. We now have a new, high quality replacement lock installed.”

“Mason arranged to visit at a time to suit me. The person in trouble was an 83 year old suffering from recently diagnosed dementia who had lost the key to one of his rooms. Mason was very kind and understanding, and broke it to him in a gentle and respectful manner what had happened to his key. All was sorted in about 15 minutes.”
