“Mason arranged to visit at a time to suit me. The person in trouble was an 83 year old suffering from recently diagnosed dementia who had lost the key to one of his rooms. Mason was very kind and understanding, and broke it to him in a gentle and respectful manner what had happened to his key. All was sorted in about 15 minutes.”
